Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Who we are
PrimeCore Registry ("we", "us") provides virtual private servers, dedicated servers and related hosting services through primecoreregistry.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
2. Data we collect
Account and order data. When you request a server or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional) and the configuration you requested. We need this data to provide the service and to contact you about your request.
Billing data. Invoicing details required by tax law. Payment card data is processed by our payment providers and never touches our servers.
Technical data. IP addresses, browser type and pages visited, collected in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated automatically.
Support data. The contents of tickets and chat conversations, so we can resolve your issues and improve our service.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not read, scan or analyze the content stored on your servers. We do not share data with third parties except where strictly required to provide the service (e.g. payment processing) or where required by law.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing your servers), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and consent (marketing emails, optional cookies).
5. Data location and retention
Customer data is stored in our facilities in Germany (EU) and Canada. We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and billing records for the period required by applicable tax law. Server content is deleted permanently when a service is cancelled and the grace period expires.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the site (theme preference, session state). Optional analytics cookies are only set after you consent through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR in the EU, PIPEDA in Canada), you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
8. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and physical security at our data centers (ISO 27001 in Frankfurt, SOC 2 in Montreal). Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
