Terms of Service

1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of servers and services provided by PrimeCore Registry ("the Service"). By requesting or using a service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Provisioning and payment
Servers are provisioned on a request basis. After you submit a configuration request, our team will contact you to confirm details, availability and payment. Services are billed monthly in US dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice; services may be suspended for accounts more than 7 days overdue.
3. Service level agreement
We guarantee 99.9% network and power availability per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance. If we miss this target, you are entitled to a pro-rated credit of 5% of your monthly fee per full hour of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee. Credits are applied automatically to the next invoice.
4. Money-back guarantee
New VPS services include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, cancel within 7 days of activation for a full refund. Dedicated servers, software licenses and add-ons are excluded unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk email; host phishing pages, malware or botnet infrastructure; launch attacks of any kind against third parties; host content that is illegal in Germany, Canada, or your own jurisdiction; or mine cryptocurrency on VPS plans without prior written approval. We may suspend services immediately for violations that put our network or other customers at risk, and will otherwise give you notice and a chance to remedy.
6. Your data and backups
You retain all rights to the data on your servers. Unless you purchase the backup add-on, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. On cancellation, data is retained for a 7-day grace period and then permanently destroyed.
7. Our responsibilities and limits
We provide the infrastructure; you administer your server unless you purchase managed support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
8. Termination
You may cancel any service at any time from your client area or by ticket; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
