How to claim it
Open a ticket with the Billing department within 7 calendar days of your service activation and request cancellation with refund. That's it — no forms, no justification required, though we always appreciate feedback.
What's refunded
The full first-month fee of the VPS plan itself. Add-ons that involve third-party costs (Windows Server licenses) and usage beyond fair limits are excluded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
What's not covered
Dedicated servers are custom-provisioned hardware and are excluded from the guarantee, unless the server fails to meet the agreed specification — in which case we fix it or refund you in full, your choice.
After a refund
Your data is deleted permanently once the cancellation completes. Make sure you've downloaded anything you need first.
